Donyale Mills has held her Notary Commission in 3 states, Maryland, Virginia and now Florida and is certified as a Notary Signing Agent from the National Notary Association. As the previous Ambassador for the DMV area (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia) to the Loan Signing System, she mentored thousands of notaries drawing on her own training and experience as a Notary and Loan Signing Agent.  She continued to mentor and train within the industry for the last 2 years as the advisor for the entire state of Florida with Notary Academy until January 2026.

Donyale owned and operated the nationwide signing service, Charter Ink Signings and she also held her Real Estate license in the states of Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina.  She was one of Redfin’s top producing transaction coordinators during her tenure there and has industry experience as a residential property manager, commercial assistant property manager,  residential sales and marketing assistant.  Throughout her career Donyale has built stable, long lasting relationships with law firms, lenders, title and escrow companies and international businesses.

Donyale is forever a student and takes pride in furthering her education in this industry by attending workshops and conferences as well as connecting with the decision makers in the state of Florida as it pertains to notary statues and laws.

Donyale loves animals, travel, and considers herself a foodie.  She currently lives in Apollo Beach, Florida with her husband and their rescued English Bulldog, Emmitt.
