We strive to deliver high-quality translations while maintaining timely turnaround. Standard delivery times are:

  • 5–8 pages: 3–5 days

  • 9+ pages: Please call for details

 

These timeframes are estimates based on document length and complexity. Rush orders "might be available" at an additional cost. â€‹

REFUND POLICY:

We are committed to providing you with professional top-quality service every step of the way.  As part of that commitment, we have implemented a strict no refund policy for all of our services. When you choose The Facilitator - Mobile Notary & Apostille, you are paying for time, expertise as well as any associated administrative and processing fees. Once these services have been rendered, we are unable to recover those costs. This is why we do not offer any refunds, regardless of the circumstances.  Once the service has been completed, we cannot issue a refund, even if you no longer need the documents.
